The location was very convenient for exploring nearby attractions. I found many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast had a great selection of foods, I especially liked the local dishes. The grounds and gardens were well kept.
The room felt a bit damp. The air conditioning struggled to keep it cool (even on the lowest setting). The mini bar was empty when I arrived. I had to request items to be stocked.

The beach was a letdown. It wasn't maintained well. trash was everywhere. the room felt damp. the staff didn't fix our wet bedding. we left early. a refund was promised, but i am still waiting for it. frankly, i am frustrated by this whole experience.

the pool was large. i liked that there was a swim-up bar. the gardens were beautiful and well kept. there were many lush green trees.
i found that the hotel felt old, it needs to be renovated urgently. the furniture was very used and old. the breakfast was not what i would expect from a hotel of this level, nor was the service.

the staff was lovely, especially at the restaurant. they were attentive during breakfast and made sure everything was satisfactory..
I had issues with the room's air conditioning. It wasn't adjustable. mosquitoes were also present in the room, i found that quite irritating. a safe wasn't working when i arrived. i mentioned the situation, but it wasn't fixed until the second day of my stay.

The resort boasts a private beach that offers tranquility. The grounds and gardens are immaculate. The landscape is vibrant and well kept. Rooms have effective air conditioning and include bathroom toiletries. Daily cleaning service ensured the room was always super clean.
The music volume from the swim-up bar was a bit high.

the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options. it was nice sitting by the gold fish ponds in the breakfast area. the staff were very friendly and helpful, i appreciated their attentiveness.
housekeeping came very late in the day. the extra bed wasn't made on arrival, that was inconvenient.
